● General summary
Report to VP of Project & Execution.
The Senior Project Manager provides operational guidance to a development program team and drives the assigned programs to completion. Plans and coordinates program activities including the development and monitoring of budgets and timelines. Ensures quality and timeliness of deliverables for the program are met. Initiates and coordinates the decision-making and risk-management process. Troubleshoots and is proactive in dealing with customer issues.
l Primary responsibilities:
ü Managing programs from inception to implementation, including assisting with building the business case, writing product proposals and ensuring continued business justification throughout the life of the project;
ü Functions as an advisor to cross functional teams and manages the deliverables in organization in order to plan and execute the development strategy for the assigned projects. Drives the project's evolution through completion within scope, timeline, quality and budgetary constraints;
ü Facilitates the development of the integrated project plans relevant to the team deliverables and ensures alignment across relevant functions and smooth transitions among pipeline stages;
ü Supports annual goal setting sessions to develop project level goals that contribute to the overall goals and for monitoring progress against these goals;
ü Facilitates contingency and risk mitigation planning;
ü Oversees, where appropriate, the development of the integrated project budgets, forecasts and timelines and is accountable to monitor progress against the approved baselines;

ü Works with the team leader to identify and resolve any team and individual performance issues;
ü Identifies opportunities for standardization of processes and working / best practices and recommends a plan for implementation;
ü Proactively identifies issues and provides general guidance on resolving project challenges by developing solutions to meet productivity and quality goals and objectives;

l Academic and working background:
ü An Engineering and or Business degree with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant progressive project/program experience in the PV industry.

ü Ability to interact and present effectively to CEO and executive team.
