    • -Monitor quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods;
    • -Coordinate and manage component importation from around the globe, customs clearance and duty payments in coordination with custom agents;
    • - Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand;
    • - Allocate and manage construction site resources according to changing needs;
    • - Create Weekly Reports (physical and financial progress).;
    • - Liaise and negotiate with suppliers controlling costs and timelines;
    • - Identify logistical bottle necks and promptly recommend solutions and alternatives;
    • - Work on new supply strategies for local market;

    Academic and working background requirements:

  • The Project Administrator is responsible for planning and controlling projects under construction in the Region.     • - Knowledge of MS Project and MS Office software is required;
    • - Ability to organize and lead small groups and meetings;

  • Reporting to the Project Manager – LAC Region, this position is responsible to supporting the Project Manager with site construction activities, project planning, site supervision and other functions as assigned.
  •  

     

    Principle Accountabilities:

     


    • - Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding parameters, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and resource allocation on various project phases;
    • - Monitor and control profit and loss for each assigned project;
    • -  Under general direction, negotiates contracts and scope of services with subcontractors;
    • - Attend project meetings and walkthroughs as required;
    • - Confer with project personnel to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority;
    • -  Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget;
    • - Supervise construction activities in accordance with Chilean Codes (Electrical and Civil);

        • • Minimum 2 years work experience in the field of supply chain in an EPC company with good knowledge of the international logistics and custom clearance in EU;
