Xinghua Wang

Chairman

Mr. Xinghua Wang is our Founder and Chairman. Prior to founding our company, Mr. Wang served as the Chief Executive Officer of CNS Solar Industry Co., Ltd. from 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Wang served as the Financial Director of Quick Gem Optoelectronic S&T Co.,Ltd. from 2002. Between 2000 and 2002, Mr. Wang served as the Financial Executive of the Financial and Audit Department of Nanjing Sino-Membrane Corp., a thin-film manufacturing company. Between 1996 and 2000, Mr. Wang served as a Vice President of Jiangsu Maidun Estate Co., Ltd., a real estate company.  Mr. Wang received the “Technology Innovation Award” from Taizhou Municipal Government in 2008 and was appointed as a standing director of Taizhou Branch of China Chamber of International Commerce in 2007.  Mr. Wang received his bachelor’s degree in accounting at Hohai University in 1995.

Dennis She

Chief Excutive Officer

Mr. Dennis Haifeng She has been our President and Chief Executive Officer since March 2010. Between 2006 and 2010, Mr. She was a Vice President and Chief Sales Officer of ET Solar. Prior to joining us, Mr. She served as the Marketing and Brand Manager of China Sunergy Co., Ltd., (a China-based solar power company listed on the Nasdaq Global Market) from 2004 to 2006. Mr. She served as the Assistant to General Manager at Shangmao Investment Group in 2004.  Mr. She received his bachelor’s degree at Chinese literature and his executive MBA degree at Nanjing University in 2003 and 2011,respectively.

Fischer Chen

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Fischer Xiaodong Chen has served as our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 2008. Prior to joining us, Mr. Chen served as a Vice President in charge of financing and investor relations of China Sunergy Co., Ltd. from 2006. Between 2001 and 2006, he was a banker with JPMorgan Chase’s China investment banking department, with his last role as a Vice President. He has been involved in the execution of a number of initial public offerings and merger and acquisition transactions. Between 2001 and 2002, he was an associate with the Equity capital market department of JPMorgan Chase. Between 1994 and 2001, he was with operations and multi-national client management departments of the Tianjin branch of Chase Manhattan Bank, processing and later originating trade finance, bilateral and syndicated lending, and cash management transactions.  Mr. Chen received his bachelor’s degree in international finance at Tianjin College of Finance and Economics in 1992.

Linhui Sui (Ph.D)

Chief Strategy Officer

Dr. Linhui Sui has served as our Vice President, our Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Scientist from 2006. Mr. Sui first served as an assistant research scientist and later a research scientist, between 2001 and 2006, at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in the United States. Mr. Sui was a group member of Switzerland International Space Science Institute in 2006. Mr. Sui has conducted research in solar physics for many years, won multiple research funding at NASA and the U.S. National Science Foundation, and published more than 20 scientific papers in leading solar research journals, one of which led to a NASA press release in 2003. Mr. Sui received his master and Ph. D. degrees in physics at the Catholic University of America in 2002 and 2004, respectively, and received his bachelor and master’s degrees in physics at Nanjing Normal University in 1992 and 1995, respectively.
