Weimin Shen
Vice President
Weimin Shen has served as our Vice President since May 2011. Prior to joining us, Mr. Shen served as Vice President and Finance Director of Jiangsu Jinsheng Group, Global Era Group and Hong Yang Group. He joined ET Solar in 2008 and has served as General Manager of Finance Management Department. He is very experienced and highly familiar with the domestic debt financing market, finance management and financial analysis. Mr. Shen received his bachelor's degree in accounting at Nanjing Audit University in 1990, and received his MBA degree at Hong Kong Baptist University.
Wentao Zou
Vice President
Wentao Zou joined ET Solar in 2007 and is now our Vice President. Mr. Zou is highly experienced in electric system technology, general administration and business operations. He is also an expert on supply chain management including sourcing of polysilicon materials, silicon wafer and cell. Mr. Zou received his bachelor’s degree in thermal control and automation at Hohai University in 1992.
Wolfgang Trumm
Vice President of ET Solutions AG
Wolfgang Trumm has served as Vice President of ET Solutions AG since 2008. He has almost 20 years experience in PV module manufacturing and development. The capacity of projects he managed in Europe is over 15MW in total. Prior to joining us, Mr. Trumm worked for SIEMENS AG and DUPEC GmbH as Maintenance Engineer and Process Engineer in power semiconductor production and GTO thyristor production between 1986 and 1991. Since then, he entered solar industry and served as Manufacturing Engineer of Siemens Solar GmbH for thin-film and crystalline PV modules. After years of PV module development and qualification experience in well established solar companies like Shell Solar GmbH and Solar World Industries Deutschland GmbH, he became a senior engineer for solar farm design and construction at SolarTec AG.
Serguei Zakhartchenko
Vice President of ET Solutions AG
Serguei Zakhartchenko has served as Vice President of ET Solutions AG since 2008. He has 5 years’experience in PV project management with a total of lead engineered PV projects of over13MW. He also has various patents on PV substructure for landscape and Mobile PV Substructure. With a strong academic background of electrical engineering and information technology, he has over 20 years of experience in electronics and telecommunication system industries. In 2005 and 2006, he received the certificate as specialist for solar technology, and then became a technical project manager at SolarTec AG and led solar farm design and construction.
