	May 2003 The first project, Taitong Industry Company, was settled in Taizhou and foundation construction was begun
	May 29, 2004 Group marketing research about photovoltaic program was begun. September 2004 Photovoltaic project was officially established in Taizhou with the name of CNS. December 2004 Foundation stone laying ceremony was held by CNS and the work including foundation construction, equipment purchasing and staff recruitment was also synchronized
	July 14, 2005 CNS Photovoltaic Module Facility was formally put into production. October 2005 CNS photovoltaic module products gained European Standard CE Certificates.
	March 16, 2006 CNS won a big order from Europe and the module products entered the phase of mass manufacture and sales. August 2006 The establishment of Marketing Center of CNS based in Nanjing started the first step of Global sales. October 2006 Establishment of ET Solar Group commenced and ET Solar Group adjusted the marketing strategy. Besides, overseas developing plan was made. October 20, 2006 CNS started to use ET Solar, the new LOGO, and changed the company¡¯s English name to ET Solar Industry Limited. October 31, 2006 ET Solar silicon program began marketing research.
	January 2007 ET Solar silicon program company Dotec Electric LTD. held the foundation stone laying ceremony in Taizhou. February 2007 ET Solar Group established strategic partnership with Spain OPDE Group. March 2007 ET Solar USA (ET Solar Inc.), ET Solar Group¡¯s first overseas branch officially set up in San Francisco, USA. April 2007 ET Solar Group was officially established, owning four wholly-owned subsidiaries chaired by Xinghua Wang. May 2007 ET Solar¡¯s module products passed European Electricity Performance Standard Certificate IEC61215 and Safety Standard Certificate Safety Class II as well as TUV certificate. June 2007 It was the first time for ET Solar Group to be present at overseas photovoltaic exhibition¡ª¡ªSolar 2007 (Cleveland, USA). June 2007 Tai Tong Factory, ET Solar Group¡¯s new module facility was formally launched into production with 130MW total capacity. July 2007 ET Solar system integrated products Photovoltaic Tracking System Program Plan started to operate. Marketing strategy of entering photovoltaic down-stream terminal market was confirmed in the meanwhile. July 2007 ET Solar began its overseas financing program and planned to raise 30 to 50 million USD. August 2007 The first tracker ET-D80, developed together by Spain OPDE and ET Solar was successfully installed and connected into on-grid system. August 2007 ET Solar sponsored Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and ET Photovoltaic Tracker ET-D80 was selected to be installed beside beach volleyball arena. September 2007 ET Solar Europe (ET Solar GmbH), European Headquarter of ET Solar was officially set up in Munich, Germany. October 2007 ET Solar Italy Sales Office was officially established in Rome. November 2007 The Mono-crystalline Ingot Facility of ET Solar Silicon Division (Dotec Electric LTD.) was put into production. November 2007 ET Solar laid the first stone to the global largest 21MW electric generation project with Spain OPDE Group in Spain. December 2007 ET Solar developed and finished the first independent sample product of Photovoltaic Tracking System ET-D81 in Taizhou.
	February 2008 ET Solar Photovoltaic Tracker Facility was put into production and it became the first system manufacturer of photovoltaic tracking in Asia. March 2008 ET Solar Module Products passed the test of America UL lab and gained the C-UL certificate. March 2008 ET Solar Tracker ET-D80 passed the inspection and approval of America UL institute and got the permission to enter USA market. May 2008 ET Solar established a wholly owned subsidiary in Seoul, Korea. Till now, the group has set up four subsidiaries in different markets with 15 overseas employees in total. May 2008 The Wafer Facility of ET Solar Silicon Division (Dotec Electric LTD.) was put into production for the first period. May 2008 ET Solar finished the first-run private equity. The famous venture capital fund institution Tsinghua Venture Capital associated with several other fund institutions invested 19 million USD to ET Solar Group. June 2008 ET Solar showed itself in the global biggest solar exhibition Intersolar 2008. June 2008 ET Solar Turnkey Solutions was begun to implement and ET Solar would enter PV terminal market. July 2008 ET Solar raised 31million USD more. The total financing amount reached 50 million USD. August 6, 2008 ET Solar donated multiple PV systems to Tibetan villages which can¡¯t be connected to any electricity grid system. These eight remote villages said farewell to no electricity era. August 11, 2008 ET Solar Europe systems engineering company ET Solutions AG was established in Munich, Germany. Group business mode centered on terminal industry chain has been officially taken shape.
