ET Solar Group Establishes a Management Training Center

ET Solar Group Corp. ("ET Solar"), a Nanjing-based solar power solution provider and integrated manufacturer of photovoltaic products including ingots, wafers, modules, and state-of-the-art dual-axis tracking systems with manufacturing facilities located in Taizhou, China, announced today the formal establishment of the ¡°Management Training Center¡± in order to build up the company¡¯s talent reserves and to train exceptionally talented management professionals. The ET Solar Management Training Center is completely independent from the ET Solar Group and its various departments. The ET Solar group CEO Wang Xinghua will hold the position of School principal, Vice-chairman Huang Hao will also double as vice-principal along with chief strategist Zhong Jianwen.

 

As consistent harmonious worker development improves, the enterprise¡¯s similar development also requires unceasing study and support. The establishment of the training center¡¯s objective is to raise the capability of the ET Solar employees (especially the upper management employees) and raise the company¡¯s core competitiveness for the overall future health of the ET Solar Group. Immediately after the establishment of the training center, the ET Solar group will grow into a strong and vibrant industrial and professional quality hub of learning. The training center will be based in two locations Taizhou and Nanjing.  Every week all ET Solar staff will have scheduled periods for professional training. The Center¡¯s professional teachers will generally be drawn from the ET Solar¡¯s high level management and engineering professionals as well as industry experts from society and advanced management specialized scholars to provide the training classes.

 

The goal of the management training center is to provide its students with the basic fundamentals of the management profession. which will train students for the whole ET Solar group. After entering the school, the students will come from all parts of the ET Solar group, will be taught with a strict ¡°3+1¡± style of training and should reach a level 4 competency after completing the course.

 

¡°3¡± is related to the level 4 competency of managers relating to Corporate Culture, Human Resources techniques and MBA management training. The main thrust of this training will be that specialized personnel improve their management techniques. At the end of each class, people will organize a group assessment or presentation.   There will be a course credit system so students can take different combinations of specialized courses to reach the level 4 competency. Each student will have to pass strict exams. Passing these classes will be prerequisites of promotions in the ET Solar group. The material will be closely tied to the worker¡¯s actual work and make a difference in the employee¡¯s day to day life.

 

¡°1¡± signifies the training directed specifically to that employee¡¯s position in the company. The objective is to improve the enterprise¡¯s skills and increase the number of outstanding employees.  The ET Solar group plans to cooperate with other local Chinese universities who specialize in similar professional knowledge. Et Solar has already been in discussion with Zhejiang University and Shanghai Jiaotong University.

 

Enterprises setting up their own training centers in China are still few and far between, and within the solar community the ET Solar Group is the first such company. Guangfu Company a few years ago broke out with the ¡°Zhaoyang Industry¡± to meet the urgent management human resource need.  The ET Solar Group in a similar fashion is blazing its own trail by establishing its own training center. With this center¡¯s improvement of the talent pool, raising of company competitiveness while widening the group of managers to choose from, this center will strengthen company cohesion and build a solid foundation of ET Solar¡¯s characteristic corporate culture.
